The product is as per the description. The fabric is comfortable. The sleep mask is also good. However, the valve to fill air into the cushion should have been a non return or one way valve. There's no way you can fill/blow air into it and close the plug befor 30% of the air escaping. Have tried myself and given it to three of my friends who faced the same problem. The manufacturer should take note.
