I ordered this bag for a trip and got it about 3 weeks before my trip. Once I arrived to my destination and was carrying the bag in, one of the straps broke. Literally the first time I ever used it. This was not a cheap bag money wise and I am now out of the window of time to return it. There are better bags out there for this price!I bought this bag for a trip I’m going on, it arrived on time and it’s a beautiful bag. It’s the perfect size I needed HOWEVER the minute I opened the bag to get a look at the interior, I was smacked in the face with the most HORRIBLE fishy smell! ? Because my trip is within a few days I don’t have time to find another replacement bag. I managed to cut about 90% of the fishy smell with a spray bottle of equal parts white distilled vinegar and water. I then followed up with fabric spray that gets rid of tough odors and blow drying the interior of the bag with a hair dryer. It seems to be working so far. Hopefully the smell will be gone by the time I start packing for my trip. But if I had more time I would have sent it back for a refund and got a new one somewhere else. Ugh.This bag is beautiful. I can't wait to travel with it.Have not used it yet, however, received this product as it appeared online. The features, sturdiness looks promising and worth the money & it's large. Can't wait to use it.This bag exceeded my expectations. So much space and is absolutely chic. Used it as my hospital bag and it did not disappoint! Baby clothes, my clothes and toiletry bag for a three day stay fit with additional room.I am strictly a back pack kind of gal but I was Amazon Prime browsing one day and saw this bag I loved the colour and said hey I travel a lot and justified my purchase. Side note yes I know what you are thinking what a jagoff to travel during covid it is not like that I drove a car across country to help my sister move from the West Coast to the East Coast. I wore a mask sanitized like crazy and did not socialize. Back to the product. The lining on the inside is gorgeous. The bag is quality and sturdy. It is my go to for packing. I fit everything in there. It has retried back packs for me. To be fair it makes me feel pretty and grown up. I am 31 yes I am a grown up but I definitely feel like I have luggage that I love and am not ashamed to tote. My sister even liked my bag and at our age this means she will purchase her own and not steal mine.I love this bag so much! But it showed up with the color rubbed off the top of the bag, so I was a little disappointed!Love my new bag! I was looking for a new duffle and this fit the bill. It’s sturdy enough and holds a lot of stuff. Great weekend travel and or hospital bag if you are expecting. It’s very nice and looks high quality.
