Very light and strong.Excellent rodTook a flight to Florida. Caught bass then off to the keys. Caught a nurse shark and a few snapper. Then back to the mainland for Peacocks, Largemouth, Myan Cichlids and Gar. It is a great great rod. Awesome quality. I bought the lighter 8 foot rod. It stayed together and straight nicely. No regrets. It was made for the European and Australian market. USA will not warranty this rod. But I would buy again in a heartbeat.
