Although it arrived with non-folding pedals and without the alarm component (which are no longer included, so ignore those in old reviews), it has been a GREAT little bike that carries my 5'9 185-pound body. If you have an old Dahon 16" folding bike, the gooseneck (L-shaped) seatpost can be used and give a taller person a little extra knee room. :)My nephews have gone on a couple of trips with me on it as well. They ride the little bike and I ride my big e-bike. They love it. They are always asking if it's recharged yet!Between us, we've put about 100+ miles on the little bike already and nothing has shaken loose! Fantastic!Do adjust the brakes when you get them though. Mine were rubbing which is pretty standard for pre-assembled bikes in my experience. Just go to Youtube and look up how to adjust disc-brakes. If the brake-lever trick doesn't work, set it upside down and adjust by sound and feel, giving the tire a spin every so often to make sure you're not rubbing. Your mileage will thank you.This is a very small bike, which is good and bad. It's light weight for an electric bike and doesn't take much storage room. The bad part is that your legs don't straighten when you pedal so you can't get any torque in the motion. You may as well buy a less expensive model that just has foot rests and doesn't pedal (except that at least you have an option if the battery dies). The worst thing is that the seat wouldn't stay up. I had to actually hammer the seat lever closed so it would stay, so I basically won't ever be able to adjust the seat height again. It's also hard to find a handlebar basket that works with the brake levers being so close together, but I finally found something that would work. I do like the front and rear lights for safety, and I have to say it was very easy to assemble. Just add seat and pedals basically.Got the bike in May it is July and I already need a new battery. It’s very difficult to get ahold of the 24/7 customer service. They don’t reply timely at all. Kinda frustrated with this bike. It’s not as expensive as other bikes, but it’s expensive enough to not need any maintenance. I’m kinda over it.Bought two of these for me and my friend. One is still working fine. The other one has stalled. Meaning the pedal assist will not let you pedal without A LOT of force. Sent an email to company and they were trying to troubleshoot brakes when clearly in the video it is not the brakes! If the brakes were holding, the pedals would still move easier than they are now. Something is wrong with the motor! Of course this happens after return window. Still waiting to see if they'll just send me the motor or replace it... Now I'm out $400.00!Good bike but its really for last mile or to be stored till your near a wanted locationlast long time on charge. seat height perfect. seat comfortable.Super helpful customer service but the bike does not meet expectations as the battery only does 10 miles where as it claims to do 25 miles as a minimum
